Our Story
Lime Hill Winery was established in 2019 as a pure passion project. After years of working as a winemaker and winemaking consultant, I decided to turn my attention to producing wines under my own label. With the encouragement and support of my closest friends and family, my father and I started the business venture together in an effort to support local vineyards and strive to produce wines of the highest quality. Lime Hill Winery showcases a unique collaboration of different varietals, blends, & styles of wine while pushing the envelope by merging traditional European winemaking techniques with exciting and innovative stylistic influences that are new to the industry.
Our Land
Here at Lime Hill Winery, we pride ourselves on keeping it local. We source our fruit from Orchard Hill Vineyard in Sugar Run, PA. We also view it as an integral piece of the process to help manage the vineyard sites that we source our fruit from as well. We take proactive steps to work with our growers in an effort to produce the highest quality, most fruit forward, & expressive wines possible.
Our Wines
Our wines are memorable, fruit forward, & terroir driven. Our goal as a winemaking team is to express the purest characteristics and qualities of the fruit and vineyard site itself. Our wines are produced in a traditional European style with a new world flare.
